Why should you do a Free Walking Tour in Prague?

Free tours have become popular in many cities across the world, they are the most convenient and affordable way to discover a new city.

Tour guides can directly share their love for their city with you, via a tour provided completely free of charge, so you can relax and enjoy the sights. At the end, you are asked to place a value on the tour you have received and pay what you think is fair. This contribution allows our guides to continue doing what they love.

During our tours, the professional guides will show you all the important monuments and the history behind them. We will also take the time to show you some of the more local sides of the city so you can have a glimpse into the life of a local living in Prague.

Great story telling, knew how to keep everyone engaged throughout the whole tour. We liked it so much that we decided to join him for … More another one the next day! Scott is an amazing story teller. I joined his tour on old town and Jewish quarter at first and immediately decided to come back the next day for the new town tour. It only got better. He also gave us an extensive list of suggestions on where to go for … More food, tourist spots etc. I would recommend to go for one of the tours when you just arrive Prague for a general overview.

I did the Old Town and Jewish Quarter tour as well as the Prague Palace tour. I was fortunate to have Scott as the tour guide for both. A very entertaining historian with lots of clever funny stories. It is clear he is passionate about his work. The … More almost 3 hours of each tour went very quickly. He is considerate to the pace and provides many recommendations of places to eat and entertainment. Highly recommend these tours

We were so fortunate to have Paul as a guide this afternoon during our Castle Tour of Prague. He is engaging, knowledgeable, caring, and a lot of fun to hang with for 2 1/2 hours. It's obvious that he enjoys what he does and wants to make visitors' … More experiences of the city as interesting and dynamic as a possible. He's clear with his information and has an impressive breadth of Prague's history. We were in good hands and appreciate how hard he worked (although it all seemed seamless on his part) to provide a lovely and awesome afternoon for us. Five stars!!

A friend told me about the 1-2 walking tours in Prague and that they were wonderful and he was correct! I did the Free Walking Tour yesterday and it was the best tour I've ever been on. My tour guide was MIKE. He was so knowledgeable about Prague … More and it's history, but he was also HILARIOUS. We were constantly entertained and laughing and afterward, Mike gave me some recommendations for bars and other places to visit. Per his recommendation, I booked another today for the Prague castle. Thank you for the great day, Mike and 1-2 Tours!
