Very very good walking tour of Prague Old Town and Jewish Quarter. It's one thing that you are in a beautiful city like Prague but if someone can show you around and narrate it's history in a way that makes you understand and appreciate the … More beauty even more, it makes it that much more interesting. In that, our guide Sean excelled himself. Sean is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, patient, resourceful and good humoured. We enjoyed every bit of this tour and would highly recommend to anyone (thinking of doing this tour). There is no pre-payment and they work purely on voluntary tips basis, relying on the generosity of their customers.

Scott is amongst the best guides that I have seen in my travel history thus far. His remarkable knowledge about the history of Europe, Prague in particular, helps us understand the nuances of politics, architecture and culture that existed about 1000 … More years back. His narration is fascinating, and I as a listener did not feel disinterested even once. He is witty, and connects events in a way that helps us grasp the contexts easily. 10/10 would recommend a walking tour by 12yours organization, and Scott in particular.

During our trip in Prague, we really enjoyed the old town tour with Ian as our tour guide. He was very enthusiastic about the city and its history. The extra information about the Jewish quarter was very interesting. This convinced us to visit the Jewish … More museum and synagogues. We appreciated his list of restaurant recommendations.Due to our nice experience with both the tour guide and the company, we decided to take the walking tour to Prague castle the next day. Sarah shared nice facts about the castle and the city and was funny. We’d recommend booking your free walking tour with 12Tours!

Great stories that goes deeper than just the story of building or statue. Most … More important part is that mikes keeps it very interesting due to his enthusiasm so you won’t get bored.

We were on the New Town tour with Paul. I can’t recommend it enough. It was exactly as I was hoping for as I wanted to get a better understanding of the locals’ recent history and culture. One can see that Paul is passionate about history. He shared many … More interesting historical facts but also some great tidbits like where is the best place to buy chimney cakes or beer.

We did an old town tour with Sarah. She led a fantastic tour with excellent historical knowledge which really helped build our understanding of the city and its history. Sarah's style was really engaging and she was openly approachable for questions … More and recommendations on all aspects of the city. The tour was around 2.5 hours with a 15 minute break for coffee and to warm up, but it didn't feel long. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague for the first time!
